FAQ
What does made to order mean?
Made to order means there’s no ready-made stock. Each candle is created after you place your order, poured fresh just for you rather than pulled from a shelf.
How can I place an order?
You can send us a DM on Instagram or TikTok, or fill out the order form linked in our Instagram bio. Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 1-3 business days after it is placed, following a 7-day curation period time before it is shipped.
Why do I have to wait for my candle?
Because your candle is poured just for you. Curing time lets the wax and fragrance bind properly, so when it arrives, the scent throw and burn are exactly as they should be.
How long do the candles burn?
Burn time depends on size and how you burn them. Small jars are designed for roughly 25–30 hours and large jars for around 50–55 hours, when burned in 2– 3 hour sessions and with a trimmed wick.
Which size should I choose for my space?
As a rough guide, small jars work best for desks, bedside tables, and smaller rooms, while large jars are better for living rooms or open spaces. If you love burning candles often, the large size will give you more hours of scent before you need a restock.
What wax and fragrance do you use?
All candles are made with a 50/50 soy–coconut blend and IFRA-certified fragrance oils specifically formulated for candles, so they burn cleanly when used as directed.
